About The Position

As a Foreign Trade Zone Analyst at Arrow, you will help ensure compliance for the company’s FTZ inventory and processes. You will work with a team to reconcile information across systems and processes, and coordinate with internal departments and U.S. Customs at the local port. The role involves daily administration of Arrow’s FTZ and collaboration with suppliers, internal FTZ users, IT, Asset, Receiving, Warehouse, and service providers. You will support the daily operation of FTZ processes, including determining inbound, resting inventory, and outbound compliance. The team is aligned with Global Compliance, IT, and warehouse operations. This position is onsite five days per week at the Reno office.

Requirements

Attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to audit receipts and compare them with various forms of documentation.
Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and simple formulas.
Power BI skills.
Ability to learn and understand FTZ and CBP regulatory issues.
Ability to learn and follow electronic and manual recordkeeping requirements.
Openness to suggesting improvements.
Ability to work independently and complete daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Administer daily FTZ processes using third-party software.
Review internal WMS transactions to ensure movements affecting total inventory are reflected in the ICRS.
Serve as the primary escalation point for FTZ issues.
Help map processes and transactions for new ICRS.
Represent Arrow’s FTZ at site locations with internal and external customers, service providers, U.S. CBP, and other government officials.
Develop and write SOPs and updates to the FTZ Manual.
Determine inbound, resting inventory, and outbound compliance.
