The Program Manager position is responsible for orchestrating the strategic planning, design, and delivery of one of Franklin Templeton’s strategic programs. This role drives discovery, monitoring and implementation of Regulatory changes across the organization impacting trading, middle-office functions and downstream performance, risk and reporting systems. As part of the program, the Program Manager leads a team of individual project efforts aimed at enhancing system and operational process changes to ensure company compliance with new regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in program management or enterprise change leadership.
  • Proven experience leading global, multi-functional programs with significant change impact (preferably in financial services or asset management).
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills across global teams and executive levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets, teams, and dependencies.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI preferred.
  • Agile and/or SAFe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and oversee the Program roadmap, monitoring new industry Regulations and ensuring enterprise-wide alignment and prioritization of required operational and systemic changes.
  • Lead the execution of complex initiatives that span multiple regions and functions, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Drive governance processes, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting to ensure transparency and accountability across business, technology, and operations teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage interdependencies across projects, and adapt strategies as necessary to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Develop and execute targeted communication and engagement plans to sustain awareness and momentum throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Lead, mentor and guide globally located resources in the delivery of regulatory projects.
