About The Position

SMCP is seeking a passionate and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Sandro store at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. This role involves building customer relationships, creating fitting room experiences, wardrobing and styling clients, and contributing to a welcoming and inclusive sales environment. Keyholder responsibilities include cash handling, opening/closing procedures, understanding store goals and KPIs, overseeing store safety, assisting with customer issues, supporting new employees, performing operational tasks, and providing leadership in the absence of store management.

Requirements

1+ years of prior service experience.
Love for Customer Service
Friendly and outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities

Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the efficient running of the store.
