The Digital Banking Team Leader is responsible for a wide range of duties related to JBT’s Consumer and Business Digital Banking Products. These include Digital banking, bill payment, mobile apps, mobile deposit, eStatements and other eDocs, digital business services including digital fraud protection positive pay, online loan payment service, debit cards, credit card program, ATMs, and telephone banking. The candidate will specialize in both consumer and business digital banking services. Including, but not limited to instant/faster payments, digital business ACH and wire services, Autobooks, digital Fraud Protection positive pay services, business transaction disputes, business instant and faster payments, related parameters, troubleshooting, and functionality. This may include client visits to setup, demonstrate, or troubleshoot certain business products. The candidate must be able to assist with any other Digital Banking functions as needed. The position requires internal and external client contact and a good understanding of federal regulatory compliance issues and bank policies and procedures. Candidates for the position should be able to pay close attention to detail and have excellent problem solving and accounting skills and be familiar with a higher level of technical knowledge to assist users with troubleshooting issues. As the Team Leader, this individual provides direct, daily support to the Digital Banking Team and is responsible for all employee development, training, and performance management. Assists in all Digital Banking Department functions, as needed. An advanced level of experience with all Digital Banking products, parameters, and systems, is required. Candidates for the position must be competent in team leadership.
