This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. The FSQR Lead will manage food safety and quality inspections, monitor product, and train personnel on quality standards. This role involves supporting line employees, communicating with management, and assisting the FSQR Supervisor with daily operations. The lead will also manage technician training, assist during contaminations or incidents, and oversee technician schedules.
