The FSQ Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and executing the Sensory Program for finished goods. This role supports viscosity measurement reviews, sensory evaluation scheduling, recording, and tracking for non-conforming products. The coordinator will manage the storage, organization, and shipment of finished product samples, as well as customer sample shipments for state-released finished goods and other release criteria sample requests. Additionally, they will oversee the shipment of wine samples to third-party labs, contribute to root cause analysis and customer complaint investigations, and manage pallet inventory spreadsheets related to quality events and defects. The position also involves performing physical and systematic pallet verifications, assisting with equipment calibration, PM scheduling, and record-keeping, and supporting FSQ proficiency testing schedules and setup. The FSQ Coordinator will also assist with Product Quality Evaluation (PQE) report pulling and filing, manage 3rd party sample pick-up communications and scheduling, and assist with product method standardization and verification, including test method development. They will manage CoA library samples, including collection, shipping, and test order requests, and maintain PI Teardown Retain Upkeep. A key aspect of the role is developing and validating testing methods for raw and finished products, and applying a continuous improvement mindset to identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
