About The Position

This specific position is a Systems Analyst supporting the FCS Application with FSMS. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in factory IE operations, have an understanding of factory capital processes like cap reset and lrp, and will be a primary point of contact for support and system enhancements. FSMS Systems Analyst work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture.

Requirements

System configuration and integration processes
Designing workflows, charts, or diagrams related to business systems
Unit, integration, and acceptance testing methodologies
Experience in facilitating web-based business application development and in agile software development is a plus
Knowledge of factory capital processes along HVM manufacturing processes, organizations, and business processes is highly desirable

Nice To Haves

Experience managing projects of small to medium size and complexity
Experience in EMS and FCS systems

Responsibilities

Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system
Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions
Estimating the costs of system solutions, including application testing, and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources
Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system
Leveraging agile methodology to design and configure solutions
Working closely with business to develop required training, change management, and operations process
Developing use cases, business scenarios, and/or demos, and planning and coordinating testing of newly developed or enhanced applications and providing support
Looking for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and potentially providing consultation to users in the area of automated systems
