About The Position

Forward Service Corporation (FSC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome barriers, achieve financial stability, and reach their full potential. In this role, the FSET Case Manager will assess individual needs, provide employment counseling and referrals, and support clients in achieving self-sufficiency, directly contributing to their personal and professional growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Providing strength-based counseling to motivate and empower clients
  • Coordinating services like job training, volunteer placements, and education
  • Leading job readiness workshops and employment search sessions
