In this role, you will help empower individuals receiving FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET) services by helping them overcome barriers to employment and achieve long-term self-sufficiency. You’ll provide individual case management, employment counseling, and connections to education, training, and community resources while using FSC Transition to Success Model to help clients build upon their strengths and achieve their goals.

Requirements

Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
Experience in case management, workforce development, human services, employment services, or a related field
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to motivate and support individuals from diverse backgrounds
Passion for helping people achieve employment and financial stability

Responsibilities

Manage individual caseload using a strength-based, person-centered approach.
Develop tailored Employability Plans and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Connect participants with education, training, employment opportunities, and community resources through the CARE Network.
Facilitate workshops and provide employment readiness, job search, and career planning assistance.
Maintain accurate case documentation while ensuring compliance with program requirements and confidentiality standards.
