About The Position

Olives and Peppers is a locally owned Italian restaurant group with locations in Trafford and Greensburg. The Trafford location is seeking 2 Line Cooks. All experience levels are welcome to apply, though experience is preferred. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food and eager to excel. Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to consistently produce high-quality plates in a timely manner.
• Prep and cook food.
• Clean and stock designated stations.
• Report to the Sous or Executive Chefs.
