About The Position

Olives and Peppers is a locally owned and innovative Italian restaurant group with locations in Trafford and Greensburg. The Greensburg location is seeking 2 Line Cooks. All experience levels are welcome to apply, however, experience is preferred. We want to find people who are passionate about food and want to excel. • Must be able to hustle and keep pace while maintaining a smile
• Must be reliable and provide position duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner

• Must be consistent in promoting a favorable image of Olives and Peppers at all times (appearance clean and tidy, well groomed, clothing appropriate, with effective communication skills)

Responsibilities

• Preparing menu items
• Working closely with the kitchen team to consistently put out the best plate possible in a timely manner
• Prepping and cooking food
• Cleaning and stocking their designated station
• Reporting to the Sous or Executive Chefs
