The Fruit Room Operator is responsible for performing tasks in the Fruit Room, as assigned by the lead and/or supervisor. This role requires understanding and compliance with safety procedures, SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards. The operator must be able to perform assigned tasks safely and efficiently, maintain accurate records on paperwork and production forms, and operate the Boccard system using HMI monitors, including diagnosing and acknowledging alarms. Adherence to SOP and sanitary rules is mandatory. The position requires flexibility with the schedule, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to perform with minimal supervision.
