Requirements

Ability to follow company customer service procedures.
Demonstrated prior customer service skills or related experience.
Ability to interact with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service as defined by the employer and company policy.
Train, schedule, and supervise Frozen Food workers to ensure optimum staffing.
Speak with customers to resolve problems related to sales, service satisfaction, or product issues.
Perform daily inventory and order necessary supplies to maintain adequate stock.
Replace stock in coolers, freezers, and end displays.
Remove expired items from shelves daily.
Unload boards, stack on pallets or carts, and transport to display areas using pallet jacks or carts.
Maintain cleanliness of display areas and freezers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
