About The Position
Sullivan's Foods is hiring for a Frozen/Dairy Department Manager to join our team! As the Frozen/Dairy Department Manager, you will lead a remarkable team of customer service champions, be responsible for coaching, training, developing, and influencing your team to achieve department and store goals. You will provide remarkable customer service to each and every guest, build exciting merchandising displays that help sell more products and reach gross profit goals, evaluate product for quality and freshness, and order product while ensuring proper inventory levels. You will also assist department team members with their job duties, including preparing product, maintaining a clean and safe work setting, stocking product, organizing the cooler and freezer, breaking down cardboard, and taking out the trash. The Frozen/Dairy Department Manager position is a fun and rewarding position that comes with a great deal of responsibility, ensuring guests have a remarkable shopping experience, team members feel valued, and the store maintains successful profitability.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous retail/customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
