About The Position

This position is responsible for achieving defined sales targets, assisting with personnel selection and development, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The manager represents the company professionally and ethically, supports sales associates’ performance and training, and may deliver group sales presentations. The role is based at the Clearwater Beach home site; no travel outside the home site’s area is required.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A real estate license is required.
• Maintain production standards.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years of Wyndham sales experience is preferred.
• Experience managing sales teams is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines while representing the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner.
• Achieve required sales targets by closing transactions on a daily basis.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor the performance goals of direct reports.
• Participate constructively in daily sales meetings.
• Collaborate with the Site Trainer to facilitate initial and ongoing training.
• Recruit future sales associates.
• Deliver group sales presentations when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
