This role involves providing leadership and coaching to production teams on manufacturing, processing, operating machines, packaging, and unloading. You will instruct teams on safety equipment and emergency procedures, ensure quality assurance standards (ISO, Six Sigma) are met, and maintain communication with cross-functional departments like distribution and engineering to achieve production goals. The role also focuses on problem-solving to improve processes and develop team members' problem-solving skills.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Two (2) years’ experience in the process area you will be supporting with working knowledge of area processes and job content.
Ideally bring a high level of responsibility around the safety and quality of your team as it reflects on your ability to lead.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and coaching to team members for manufacturing, processing parts, operating machines, packaging products, and unloading.
Instruct teams on the proper use of safety equipment and emergency procedures.
Responsible for meeting quality assurance standards as set by industry programs, such as ISO and Six Sigma.
Maintain regular communication with cross-functional departments, such as distribution and engineering, to plan and execute production goals efficiently.
Encourage team effort and supportive attitudes between team members.
Become a trained problem solver to continuously improve processes and help develop team members to become problem solvers.
