Production team leaders can be found on-site offering leadership skills and coaching to team members for activities such as manufacturing, processing parts, operating machines, packaging products, unloading, and more! Instruct your teams on the proper use of safety equipment and emergency procedures should they be necessary at any point during the production process. Responsible for meeting quality assurance standards as set by industry programs, such as ISO and Six Sigma. Responsible for maintaining regular communication with cross-functional departments, such as distribution and engineering, to plan and execute production goals efficiently. Encourages team effort and supportive attitudes between team members. Problem solving! You will become a trained problem solver to continuously improve our processes and help develop team members to become problem solvers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in the process area you will be supporting with working knowledge of area processes and job content.
  • A high level of responsibility around the safety and quality of your team as it reflects on your ability to lead.
