About The Position

The Front-Line Associate for The Farmers Bank of Willards serves as the first point of contact for customers at our Bank. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with banking transactions and promoting financial products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals. This is a Multi-Branch position; applicants will be required to work at all Wicomico branches as determined by their supervisor.

High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Computer skills and experience is a must
Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and determine their banking needs.
Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, currency exchanges and more, accurately and efficiently.
Handle requests for stop payments or place holds on funds as needed and required.
Order checks for customers if necessary.
Address basic customer inquiries regarding products, services and account information.
Perform basic customer maintenance, such as address and phone updates.
Maintain a thorough understanding of banking policies, procedures and compliance regulations.
Handle cash and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new products and services.
