About The Position

Aida is a B2B enterprise AI company operating in the Sales tech sector. We build conversational AI agents that form the core of the AI orchestration layer. Founded by experienced leaders from Glean, Patreon, and Apple Cloud, Aida is backed by top-tier VCs and serves several marquee unicorn customers. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking an exceptional frontend or frontend-leaning full stack engineer to join our early extended founding team of 20 people.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years, ideally 4+ years, of experience developing user-facing products using React
• Deep expertise in React, Typescript, and NextJS
• Extensive experience creating standalone UI component libraries
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Excellent system design skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field from a top university

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with TailwindCSS and Tanstack/React Query is a plus
• Enthusiasm for solving challenging technical problems with innovative solutions
• Experience at early-stage growth startups is a plus
