About The Position

Supio is establishing a new Compliance Platform team to safeguard the sensitive data entrusted by its customers. This platform, while primarily operating behind the scenes, requires a user-friendly and trustworthy interface for managing compliance. The role involves end-to-end ownership of this interface, which will be a streamlined and purposeful UI for tasks such as reporting, BAA and contract management, data opt-in/opt-out, data residency, and access management. This interface will be utilized by engineers, CSMs, DevOps, executives, and the privacy office. This is a founding seat on a small team with significant responsibilities.

Requirements

5+ years of frontend engineering experience building production web applications.
Experience building internal tools, admin surfaces, or data-heavy dashboards that are relied upon daily.
Strong understanding of permission-gated UX, including roles, access states, and audience-specific visibility.
Ability to make complex data legible without oversimplifying.
Comfort working on a small, fast-moving team with firm deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience in compliance, privacy, security, or other trust-sensitive domains.
Full-stack development comfort, with the ability to contribute to the backend when necessary.
Experience building reporting for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Design and build the compliance platform's UI from scratch, including reporting dashboards, BAA and contract management, and opt-in/opt-out and data residency management.
Build authentication and authorization flows to ensure appropriate access to sensitive reports and records.
Transform dense audit and access data into actionable reports for executives and the privacy office.
Collaborate directly with the founding backend engineer to define the platform's APIs.
Ship a lightweight version 1 quickly and iterate based on feedback from internal users across engineering, customer success, and DevOps.
