About The Position

Insense is seeking a Frontend Developer who is passionate about influencing product business metrics. The role involves working with development, QA, product management, UX/UI design, Product Lead, and stakeholders to develop and maintain the Insense platform. This is a remote-first position open to candidates in CET +/- 2 hrs, requiring availability for the Americas team between 8 am and 12 pm EST daily.

Requirements

Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
At least 3 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
At least 3 years of experience in JS development (SPA or SSG).
Profound knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS.
Experience using React, Relay/Apollo, TypeScript, Webpack.
Experience using React Native (mobile app).
Excellent layout skills (cross-browser and mobile devices), experience with preprocessors.
Code debugging skills (own and others' code).
Experience with unit and integration testing.
Experience in making architectural decisions.
Disciplined code writing (adhering to team standards).
Teamwork, conflict-free attitude, and a desire for constant self-development.

Russian speaker.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test new features, such as custom UI-kits, FB bots, and integrations with Instagram, TikTok, and analytics services.
Refactor code and reduce technical debt to improve platform flexibility and scalability.
Write technical specifications and documentation.
Participate in the development and support of the platform, influencing product and business development.
Participate in Agile team activities including stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
