About The Position

Homewood Suites by Hilton/Cleveland-Beachwood is seeking candidates for the position of Front Service/Houseperson. This role involves shuttle driving as needed, requiring a clean driving record. The Front Service/Houseperson is responsible for ensuring ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel during day shifts, typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility for other shifts, including weekends, is required. The role also involves responding to guest requests promptly and courteously, stocking room attendant carts and supplies, cleaning public areas such as the lobby, pool, and public restrooms, tending laundering machines to ensure ample linen supplies, and assisting with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by a supervisor. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping
• Excellent Customer Service
• Able to work various shifts (and weekends and holidays)
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel during the day shifts.
• Shuttle driving as needed.
• Responding to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Stocking room attendant carts and supplies.
• Cleaning furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms.
• Tending laundering machines – to provide ample linen supplies for morning shift.
• Assisting with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Assisting with shuttle service.
