About The Position

Homewood Suites is seeking candidates for the position of Front Service/Houseperson to join their team! Shuttle driving will be included as needed so must have a clean driving record. The Front Service/Houseperson will be responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel during the day shifts, specifically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday -Friday, with flexibility for other shifts including weekends. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Able to work various shifts (and weekends and holidays)
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Responds to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Stocks room attendant carts and supplies
  • Cleans furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms.
  • Tends laundering machines – to provide ample linen supplies for morning shift.
  • Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Assists with shuttle service.
