About The Position
Best Chevrolet is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Parts Counterperson to join our team! We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable about automotive parts, provides exceptional customer service, and can work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Requirements
- Previous automotive parts counter experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CDK or other dealership parts software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with identifying and purchasing automotive parts
- Answer parts inquiries in person and by phone
- Look up parts using OEM catalogs and dealership systems
- Prepare parts orders and accurately process invoices
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocking and organizing parts
- Communicate with technicians, service advisors, vendors, and customers
- Follow up on special orders and customer requests
- Perform other duties as instructed by management
