Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a medical office, especially front desk duties
  • Comfortable with EMR software, Microsoft Office, and other basic office technologies
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Must be available to work scheduled hours, arrive on time, and be ready to work
  • Successful completion of a drug screen and criminal background check is required; random drug testing may also occur
  • Must maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a virtual office setting

Responsibilities

  • Care for Our Patients: You’ll be the friendly, professional face supporting our healthcare team - ensuring patient safety, bolstering office efficiencies, gathering important health info, and staying calm under pressure when emergencies arise. You’ll work closely with nurses and providers to make every patient’s experience smooth and positive.
  • Be a Front Desk and Office Rockstar: As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll be delivering top-notch service in person, by phone, or online. From managing the lobby and multi-line phones to handling filing, data entry, and office tech, you’ll keep things organized and running like clockwork.
  • Be an Integral Part of Our Team: You’ll navigate our Electronic Medical Records (“EMR”) system and other software with ease, ensure patient and records confidentiality, and join staff meetings and team activities, helping our office stay connected, secure, and efficient.
