About The Position
New Braunfels Vision Center is looking to hire a full time front office employee. We are a fast pace work environment which requires team work, efficiency, multitasking, great work ethic, punctuality, positive attitude, great communication and more.
Requirements
- Hours of work are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Nice To Haves
- Some experience is preferred but not required
- Bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Take initiative
- Answer phones, great phone etiquette
- Scheduling patient appointments, help troubleshoot/triage
- Check in/check out patients
- Take and process patient payments
- Understand some billing and patient ledger
- Scanning paperwork and insurance cards
- Understanding insurance coverages
- Performs all other duties as requested by the company
