About The Position

Moreau Physical Therapy is seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Full Time Front Office Team Lead. This role involves leading a team that puts customers at the center of everything we do, ensuring excellence in front office operations. The position is onsite and offers a competitive pay range of $14.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience. The day-to-day involves greeting patients, managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, tracking attendance, collecting co-pays and co-insurances, faxing, scanning documents, and other clerical duties in a fast-paced environment.
