Coral Beach Resort is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Office Supervisor to help lead our Front Desk team and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
Requirements
- Front Desk experience required
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Available weekends and holidays
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Background check required
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise Front Desk staff
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs
- Resolve guest concerns professionally
- Train and support team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and policy compliance
