We are looking for the next great team member to join our Front Office Team as an Assistant Front Office Supervisor. This role involves interviewing, hiring, training, and managing performance of front office staff. You will be responsible for responding to guest requests, needs, and concerns to ensure optimal guest satisfaction and repeat business. The position requires implementing company programs, supervising daily front desk operations to comply with SOPS and LSOPs, maximizing revenues, and motivating associates to provide a high level of service. You will supervise Guest Service Agents, remain calm and alert during emergencies, and resolve customer complications through research and effective solutions. Decision-making based on experience and judgment is key, with the ability to authorize revenue allowances when necessary. Compliance with attendance rules and performing other job-related duties as assigned are also expected.
