We are searching for a Front Office Specialist I - TCP CyFair to coordinate and perform the scheduling of patients, receive and greet visitors, answer and handle incoming calls, coordinate the referral process, enter accurate billing information into the system, and transmit accurate claims. This role requires the ability to provide excellent customer service, act in a professional manner, and utilize various office equipment and systems. The specialist will demonstrate SMILES and AIDET philosophies in interactions with patients, families, and coworkers.
