Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors as the first point of contact in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk calendar
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in person courteously and accurately
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing correspondence
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area
