Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors promptly and professionally.

  • Manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain and update visitor logs and security protocols.
