Front Office Receptionist
About The Position
Smile Straight Orthodontics (Sunland Park), part of Kids Dental Brands, is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to help create a welcoming and supportive experience for children and families. The receptionist is the first and last person patients interact with and supports the daily operations of the orthodontic office. The role is based in a modern, kid-focused facility and offers a predictable daytime schedule, with no nights and often shortened Friday schedules. The organization describes opportunities for professional growth, training, and career development. Compensation is $13–$15 per hour, with monthly bonus opportunities of up to $300.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, and schedule appointments.
- Verify insurance eligibility.
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Register new patients.
- Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
- Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Monitor and maintain dental office supplies.
- Update patient education materials and maintain a professional reception area.
