About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Temporary Front Desk Agent to join our team and help to deliver the highest quality of service to our guests.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years prior Front Office experience
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and knowledge of a property management system
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well with a diverse staff
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Leadership and customer service skills
  • Have flexibility to work a varied schedule, including overnights and weekends
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Luxury hotel experience preferred
  • Hospitality degree preferred
  • Multilingual (preferred)
  • Looking for growth and development into a supervisory/ management role

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner; perform guest check-in and check-out
  • Review arrivals and departures for guest preferences to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Provide information and act as a resource to our guests or hotel visitors
  • Receives and acknowledge reservation requests, cancellations and changes
  • Communicates guest requests and issues to the proper departments
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests
