About The Position

Are you looking for a Full-Time Front Office Manager position in an office setting? At Princeton Medical Group, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team to support our wide variety of medical specialties! Princeton Medical Group, P.A. We are a private medical practice with over 30 providers and 8 medical specialties. Our mission has always been to deliver excellent medical care with compassion.

Requirements

  • Fundamental understanding of medical billing
  • Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Healthcare industry experience (prior medical group experience preferred)
  • Experience with EMR/PM systems (NextGen preferred)
  • Bachelors or Associates degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Multispecialty, multi-location physician practice experience (preferred)
  • Medical front desk/reception experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Oversite of all front desk/patient registration staff. This includes interviewing potential front desk candidates, assisting in hiring, orientation of new personnel, explaining and carrying out PMG policies and procedures, planning work, and time off/coverage schedules.
  • Train front desk staff; coordinating and synchronizing all processes that are the same for all locations.
  • Complete and conduct staff performance reviews.
  • Assign patient follow up calls as needed.
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving staff time cards or other time management system.
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • Cover for patient representatives based on staffing needs as follows: Check Patients In/Out of their appointments, Verify patient's insurance information and eligibility, Have patients complete all necessary documentation prior to their appointment, Collect patient copays, Schedule patient follow up visits
