Front Office Manager – TPI Hospitality Location: Residence Inn by Marriott, Roseville Position: Front Office Manager Pay: 43K to 45K (based on experience) We all matter. We all make a difference. Requirements
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Train, schedule and support staff
- Managing daily check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and room availability
- Achieve budgeted revenues and profitability
- Work closely with the General Manager to meet operational goals
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
