The Front Office Manager will be responsible for anticipating guest needs, responding promptly, and acknowledging all guests while maintaining positive guest relations. This role involves greeting and communicating cordially with guests, and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel. The manager will also ensure proper staffing levels of front office associates, which includes interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and scheduling front desk agents. A key part of the role is resolving guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction in each interaction and managing the guest resolution process, including investigation and creative problem-solving. The position requires accurate management and operation of the PMS system at the front office, including all daily transactions and less frequent operations.
