About The Position

Join our team as a Front Office Manager and make a meaningful impact on every guest experience at The Westin St. Louis! We are seeking a driven, hands-on hospitality professional to lead our Front Desk and Valet operations at our high-volume downtown property, especially bustling during baseball season and major city events. This role is perfect for an experienced Front Office Manager or a strong Assistant Front Office Manager ready for the next step. You will lead, train, and inspire a guest-focused team while ensuring efficient daily operations, exceptional service delivery, and strong internal collaboration. You will also oversee key human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and recognition programs, all while fostering a positive and service-driven work environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hotel front desk supervisory or management experience (FOM or strong AFOM ready to advance)
  • Marriott brand experience strongly preferred , including familiarity with brand standards and systems
  • Lightspeed PMS experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment—especially during baseball season
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general hotel systems
  • Prior cash-handling experience required
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as business demands
