About The Position

Directly supervises all front office personnel and ensures proper completion of all front office duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the guest services, and prepares reports daily, weekly reports for General Manager.

Requirements

  • This position requires weekends
  • Minimum hours per 50
  • Hilton PEP knowledge is needed

Responsibilities

  • Trains, cross –trains, and retrains all front office personnel
  • Participates in the selection of front office personnel
  • Supervises workload during shifts
  • Maintains master key control
  • Resolves guest concerns quickly, efficiently, and courteously
  • Receives information from the previous shifts and passes on pertinent details to the general manager
  • Checks and verifies banks and deposits from all shifts
  • Conducts regularly scheduled meetings of front office personnel
  • Monitor high balance guest and take appropriate action
  • Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules
  • Assist general manager on all requests and monitors hotel in general manager absence
  • Cover shifts on call offs including Night audit
