About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Front Office Manager to join our management team at Ka'anapali Ali'i located in Lahaina, Hawaii. The Front Office Manager will play a key role in creating exceptional guest & homeowner experiences while leading a high-performing team. CoralTree Residence Collection is recognized as the outstanding choice for managing premium and luxury residential resorts, vacation homes, and hotels, defined by people with genuine purpose, pride, and a sense of place. Yearly Annual Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (depending on qualifications)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in travel industry management or equivalent experience such as 5yrs of hotel/vacation rental experience with 2yrs in supervisory/managerial capacity
• Previous Hospitality industry experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well with team members
• A commitment to delivering high-level customer service
• Availability based on operational demands

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AOAO operations highly preferred
• Proficiency in hospitality software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional experiences by planning and developing programs
• Resolving guest concerns
• Ensuring high-quality service for arrivals/departures
• Communicating property updates
• Positively affecting improvements in acquisition, retention, and loyalty
• Working cohesively with property department leaders and corporate office as an integral member of the Ka'anapali Ali'i management team
