Front Office Coordinator Opportunity with IMPACT Physical Therapy - Be The First Impression That Sets The Tone For A Great Patient Experience! We are a PT-owned, outpatient rehab practice with a mission to Make An Impact —for our patients, our team, and the communities we serve. We're currently seeking a Full-Time Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the face of our clinic, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless and supportive experience for every patient from their very first interaction.

Requirements

Detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing a busy front desk
Experience with insurance verification, EMRs, and clinic operations
Thrive in a structured environment and aren’t afraid to enforce policies tactfully
A natural problem solver and multitasker with a service-first mindset

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a physical therapy or medical setting highly preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism—whether in person or by phone
Own the check-in/check-out process, including collecting co-pays and verifying insurance
Accurately manage scheduling and appointment flow using our EMR
Handle insurance verifications, authorizations, and follow-ups with confidence
Maintain efficient front desk operations while enforcing clinic policies and procedures
Collaborate with our clinicians and support team to ensure exceptional patient care
Occasionally assist with therapy tech support and light clerical duties
