About The Position

The Front Office Coordinator supports daily reception operations as the first point of contact for the school, while also coordinating administrative systems, visitor management, and operational support for multiple departments. Heathwood Hall Episcopal School believes that each employee makes a significant contribution to its success. That contribution should not be limited by the assigned responsibilities. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheet management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Comfort learning and troubleshooting new systems and technology
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative coordination, office operations, or customer-facing support preferred
  • Experience managing data, records, or operational systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk communications, including answering phones and directing calls
  • Coordinate visitor and vendor access procedures in partnership with campus security
  • Maintain vehicle registration database and campus access processes
  • Process payments and prepare related reports
  • Create and manage employee identification badges
  • Create and manage items for sale in Square for various departments
  • Provide basic support for front office technology, including printers/copiers and postage systems
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
  • Support general administrative and reception operations as needed
