Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and patient-centered during busy or stressful situations.
A positive attitude, flexibility, and commitment to teamwork.

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare administration, office coordination, customer service, or therapy support strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally to create a welcoming environment.
Manage patient scheduling and coordinate therapist calendars.
Assist with check-in, check-out, and insurance verification.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
Support office operations, including supply management, documentation, and communication with patients and providers.
Assist therapists with preparing treatment areas and organizing equipment.
Support patient care under therapist direction as appropriate.
Help maintain cleanliness and readiness of therapy spaces.
Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations.
