The Front Office Coordinators (FOCs) are integral to the company, responsible for daily medical receptionist duties, establishing and maintaining relationships, and driving the patient experience. Key responsibilities include optimizing appointment schedules, managing phone calls, processing new referrals, collecting payments, and obtaining insurance authorizations. FOCs also gain business skills by learning about KPIs and benchmarks that drive clinic success and patient outcomes. With over 35 locations, there are opportunities for global and regional development and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing patient appointment schedules
  • Managing all incoming phone calls
  • Processing and converting new referrals
  • Collecting time of service payments
  • Obtaining insurance authorizations
  • Performing custodial duties using medical grade cleaning products, including cleaning bathrooms, laundry, and disinfection of exercise equipment
  • Working for extended periods of time at a video display terminal and using a keyboard to enter and gather information
