Subsequently, you will spend three months in a Guest Services/Concierge role, focusing on assisting guests with reservations, providing information, and coordinating services. The program culminates in a three-month Front Desk Supervisor role, where you will gain experience in overseeing front desk operations, training staff, resolving guest issues, managing occupancy and revenue, and learning managerial duties such as yield management and scheduling.
