About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Front Office Assistant to provide excellent customer service, manage daily operations, and support patients in their recovery journey. Since 2005, Crossroads has been a leader in treating opioid use disorder through evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We are dedicated to improving access to critical services across the U.S., helping over 26,500 patients. Our outpatient, office-based clinics are located in multiple states, including Pennsylvania. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients and receiving payments.
• Assist in daily operations with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Offer a "white glove" experience to all patients.
• Guide new patients through their intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to schedule intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
