About The Position

As a Front of The House Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide courteous, efficient, and attentive service while ensuring that guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their visit.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service procedures and administration. With a strong background in hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the Dining Room Area and the supervision of all front of the house service team in accordance with operating policies during the course of their assigned shift.
  • Join and reinforce daily pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities.
  • Conducts guest table touches and assist with guest recovery.
  • Serves as the eyes and ears of the management team on the floor, maintain a visible presence in the dining room.
  • Coaches and supports team members on service standards.
  • Helps maintain restaurant flow and communication between departments.
  • Assists with team member check-ins and floor cuts.
  • Processes approved comps and voids according to company guidelines. Comps and voids may only be completed while the team member is actively working a Floor Supervisor shift.
  • Supports managers in delivering consistent guest experiences.
  • Responsible for ensuring that proper food handling procedures and presentation are being met by the team.
  • Documents any work-related incidents, guest complaints, and guest and employee injuries to management.
  • Ensures dining rooms, bars, patios, restrooms, and service areas remain immaculate.
  • Ensures all FOH team members receive a timely and compliant meal break and rest break.
  • Communicates any concerns with food and beverage cost and/or supplies.
  • Must wear approved manufacturer certified slip resistant or non-slip shoes at all times while working.
  • All necessary Food and Alcohol Certifications must be up to date.
