Requirements

High School Diploma preferred.
1 year experience in related field preferred.
Proven ability to work with numbers and cash accurately.
Competent with computerized register system.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating/procedure manuals.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Class B Gaming License (As provided with a clean background check).
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Must have a California I.D., a Social Security Card, and a Birth Certificate.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests with a smile and positive attitude.
Escorting guests to their tables when required.
Managing cash register sales, including processing cash and credit card transactions.
Tipping out wait staff.
Balancing the register at the end of the shift.
Assisting wait staff with various tasks when needed, such as bussing and setting up tables, and serving non-alcoholic beverages.
Inspecting dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
Requisitioning table linens and other dining room supplies for tables and serving stations as needed.
Maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal Control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.
Delivering stellar customer service at all times.
