Our FOH team is essential. They are the gatekeeper of the experience for our customers. Our taprooms are very busy and it is a lot of hard work but is also very rewarding.The FOH position is responsible for providing amazing customer service and first impressions to each guest as they enter Big Grove. FOH positions should have strong attention to detail, positive approach to guest interactions, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. As a standard, front of house new hires start at the host position regardless of experience. Opportunities in other front house department areas form from there and are based on experience, knowledge and core value competencies.
