About The Position

Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of musical instruments & pro audio gear is looking for a talented and driven part-time individual for our Front of House! Sweetwater is proud to serve hundreds of visitors and employees daily in its diners and break room areas. As an extension of our Concierge team, the Front of House staff is an integral component of the Sweetwater Campus Experience. The Front of House staff is focused on providing customers and employees with unmatched hospitality and diner service. This is a Part-Time role including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with questions about the menu or cash payments
  • Maintaining organization and cleanliness in diners and break areas
  • Monitoring all grab-and-go inventory in both diners and break rooms
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and product vendors for inventory needs
  • Brewing coffee and restocking beverages in diner and break areas
